Someone is 3 today!
One day, you will understand that your birthday was supposed to be at the end of May. One day, you will understand that you are half of a pair, a twinless twin. One day, you will understand that every small accomplishment is miraculous, and that your road is bumpier than that of most children.
But not today. Today, there will be presents, cake, candles, and flowers. There will be music and laughter, love and gratefulness.
